Sizing & Fit

Q: Do your shirts run true to size, or should I size up? A: We print primarily on the Bella+Canvas 3001, which is known for its modern, "retail fit." This means it fits slightly closer to the body than a heavy, boxy, traditional t-shirt. For most customers, it runs true to size. However, if you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit for your shifts, we recommend sizing up. 

Q: Will these shirts shrink in the wash? A: Our shirts are made from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton and go through a pre-shrinking process during manufacturing. While you may experience very minor shrinkage (around 5% or less) if washed and dried on high heat, they will maintain their shape and fit significantly better than standard economy t-shirts. 

Shipping & Fulfillment

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Because we want to offer a wide variety of colors and sizes without creating massive textile waste, we print our shirts in small batches as they are ordered.

  • Processing/Printing: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to print and prepare your order.

  • Shipping: Once shipped, standard delivery within the US takes an additional 2 to 5 business days.

  • Total Time: You can expect your new gear to arrive in about 5 to 10 business days from the moment you place your order. 

Q: Do you ship outside the United States? A: Currently, we are focusing on our local community and the broader US market to ensure the fastest shipping times and highest quality control. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders & Returns

Q: What if there is a problem with the print or the shirt is damaged? A: Your satisfaction on shift is our priority. Because our items are custom printed, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues (please check our size chart carefully!). However, if your shirt arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or the print quality is poor, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a free replacement—no need to mail the defective shirt back to us. 

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts for my nursing unit or hospital floor? A: Absolutely! We love outfitting whole teams. If you are looking to order 10 or more items for your unit, please contact us at support@nursewear.co before placing your order, and we can set up a custom group discount code for you.
