I Measure Success in Grams T‑Shirt — Funny Newborn Baby Weighing Mom/D

⚖️ Every Gram is a Victory in the NICU

Lightweight, soft, and honest — this tee speaks directly to the incredible NICU nurses whose daily wins are measured on a highly sensitive scale. In the quiet, focused world of the neonatal ICU, you understand better than anyone that the biggest transformations are built on micro-milestones, where progress is celebrated gram by gram, ounce by ounce. The clean, retro-inspired typography alongside a charming scale-and-baby-footprints graphic gives you a quiet, cheeky confidence. It is a sweet, relatable nod to tracking gains at the incubator, calculating exact feeding recipes by weight, or marking those tiny, steady victories that mean the world to a newborn's family. Whether you are running busy clinical rotations, preparing specialized nutrition, or enjoying a slow Sunday off, let your effort and passion for these little miracle fighters do the talking.
